The Zoser Schools Group faced several problems due to the lack of a proper LMS system and integration with the ERP system. The LMS system had no user roles, which allowed a teacher to delete everything, leading to the repetition of the work of the entire year. Moreover, the LMS and ERP systems were not connected, making it difficult for the management to manage and monitor financial transactions.

With the integration of the ERP system, the management could monitor financial transactions, generate invoices, and analyze expenses and income. The fraud analysis feature in the ERP system helped identify and prevent any fraudulent activities.
